Andrew talks about how God's plan is multi dimensional and not two dimensional, how God doesn't want you to think one sided, but think through him in all sides, he wants a constant movement not one movement. Your calling isn't just to prophecy, or just say the next prophetic word, but it's to find the anointing and find a king out of a shepherd or a peasant.
Nathan talks about how leadership is not sitting in the chair, telling us what to do.  Leadership is doing what you want us to do, and getting us involved. Family is a key indicator in a movement, you need past generations to move into a future generation. He also apologizes on behalf of the younger generation to the elder generation for any actions that may have hurt them.
