Today the two discuss the impending debt wall that America faces as well as the debt of countries around the world. There is no safe harbor when it comes to global economies. The combined debt of world governments as a percentage of the worlds gross domestic product is now at over 100%. Most economists agree that 70-80% is the maximum amount that you can load up your economy with so that debt does not become an anchor on your economy. The cost of funds goes up more than the value of the money in your hand. We are all in this together, everyone is deficit spending and adding to it and no one can continue to borrow over 100% of what you bring in. It's time for America and the governments of the world to fill the voids in leadership and turn this around.
